Following on from the superb Autophase release, we have 2 tracks from label honchos Robosapiens…

First up, Fuck Knuckle..a track typical of the ‘sapiens techno leanings, but with their distinctive edge. A rounded analogue bassline leads you through the tune, to be joined by a multitude of percussion and some pointy-finger acid elements..a break into another infectious sound carries you back into the groove, and through to the squelching final bars..

Joining this little monster is Mind Control..another swinging, bass-fuelled techno workout..this one just picks you up and doesn’t let go for 7 minutes…you can hitch a lift on the bassline, and let the addictive lead-line and wobbly acid background just massage you as you go..

These are just a taster of the material coming from Robosapiens in the near future, and a little glimpse of things to come from Dead Famous generally..
