Dead Famous Records is pleased to introduce PIMP WAX, an exciting new project from former Propellerheads man Will White and Italy's infamous breaks fiend 5th Suite. This meeting of minds has brought about some seriously funky music, the first 12" being a fine example of their sound. Their reputations go before them - having both shifted quantities of quality breaks - but these tunes speak for themselves. The first track, 'Can't Stop', is an out-and-out funk bomb with all the right ingredients to be a party monster. A few established labels were itching to sign this tune, but the West Country connection sealed the deal for Dead Famous Records, who are unsurprisingly delighted to be bringing Pimp Wax to the public. Taking things a bit sleazier with a hefty electro b-line and catchy-as-fuck vocal line is 'It's All Good', another massive cross-over track that oozes funk with its solid groove and abundance of squeaks and bleeps. These tracks have turned heads when they've been road tested in clubs around Europe and will make an essential addition to any DJs record bag.
