JAWA

Jawa started as a resident dj at the legendary Tokyo Sex Whale parties in the early nineties,which took him all over the country including slots at the now famous Universe parties.
More recently Jawa has helped to set up the dj collective 'We Don't Play' where he regularly plays along side breakbeats A-list. As the club night has gone from strength to strength it has taken him around Europe including dj slots at the Echo Festival (Serbia), Electric Picnic (Ireland),Glastonbury Festival and the Glade plus Bristol's prestigious breaks night Blowpop.
last year saw the success of his first solo release 'IT'S ON' with the remix duties coming from Will White this got to number 2 in the streetwise charts as well as getting air play on various radio stations worldwide. Other studio work has also included music for Channel 4 (diverse productions) a remix for Sandeep Chowta (Sony Records) which had a choreographed dance performed at the Royal Festival Hall in London and his latest release with the Robosapiens 'Cause and Effect'
